Protein Shake/Meal Replacement
Dinner
Leftovers from Parents house (haha)
More vegetables
Anything with protein in it (fish, chicken, peanut butter, etc.)
And the optional but so tasty night snack
Ramen noodles
or another PBnJ
It's tough to eat well and enough on a very tight budget, going to try some new things as well and see how they work for energy levels. Let you know soon! And today will be quick arms lift with 5 - 10 km run depending on how to body feels - then to the library to study Natural Gas Markets...
